  • Local Delivery

    Pro Parts Center offers local delivery to the general Houston areas within a 100 mile radius. Next day delivery is available for orders placed after 3 PM Central time.

  • Same Day Shipping!

    We offer same day delivery to most of south Texas.  Also provide overnight delivery service for dealerships and body shops through OPS. You can't beat those delivery times!

Pro Parts Center gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa and PayPal online to cover purchases. We accept the same payment types in store, but naturally, we happily except cash as well.

The prices listed are only a suggested retail price, please call for current sale price and availability. Due to constant fluctuations on raw material cost and foreign currencies, prices are subject to change without notice.

All part descriptions are for reference only. We assume no responsibility for typographical errors, accuracy of description, or incorrect application.

Returns Policy:

Pro Parts Center will only accept returns with prior authorization and with original invoice presented. All returns must be done within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Any approved returns after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

CREDIT OR REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY PARTS ALTERED IN ANY WAY. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.

  • Returns are accepted up to 30 days of date purchased.

  • All non Warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • No returns or refunds on special order items.

  • Returns are accepted in the condition it was sold.

Damaged Claims:

Claims for parts that are damaged, poor fit, or shipping error must be made within five (5) days from date of invoice.

Returned Checks:

A $30.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

We guarantee all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period up to and not to exceed one (1) year from the date of purchase. We will replace or issue credit for any parts found to be defective according to the terms and conditions of purchase. CLAIMS FOR LABOR AND/OR MATERIALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by modification, alteration, collision, or any misuse of the part. This warranty is not transferable and applies only so long as the buyer owns the vehicle to which the part is installed.

To claim warranty, the buyer must deliver the defective part to seller and provide proof of purchase. Warrantor will remedy the failure of defect without charge to buyer within one (1) year from the date of purchase. The remedy will consist of replacement of part or appropriate credit of the purchase price. Refund will not be given, unless a replacement is unavailable.
